Carolyn provides strategic leadership and oversees People & Culture operationally, including Attraction & Retention, Organisational Design, Learning & Development, Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion. A member of the Executive Management Team, Carolyn is responsible for designing and delivering Mainbrace’s P&C strategy.  She drives cultural change to strengthen the employee experience and is passionate about our people living life and loving work.
