Chris Havill leads AI transformation initiatives for JLL's Property Management division across Asia Pacific, where he spearheads the development of innovative AI solutions like the JLL Property Assistant. With over eight years at JLL, he previously served as Engineering Director for the Command Centre Platform, driving the integration of smart building technologies and analytics across the region.

His expertise spans the full AI lifecycle, from product strategy and development to deployment and stakeholder adoption, delivering measurable business impact through data-driven solutions. Chris began his career in 2001 as a Research Assistant in the Intelligence, Agents, Multimedia Research Group at the University of Southampton, contributing to projects in AI, agent-based computing, and IoT, much of which is now being commercialised in today's market.

Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director for the Proptech Association Australia, Chris is passionate about bridging advanced technology with real estate to accelerate innovation and reshape the property management business.
