Chris is a highly experienced urban planning professional with over 25 years in statutory, strategic, and infrastructure planning and development advisory.

He has worked in both local and State government agencies, specialising in planning proposals, development control plans, contributions plans and development assessment for residential, commercial, industrial, mixed use and infrastructure projects. Chris has worked on various matters in the NSW Land and Environment Court relating to development applications and land acquisitions.

Prior to Mecone, Chris was extensively involved in the planning, development and infrastructure coordination for multiple land release areas in the North West Growth Area and town centre urban renewal projects across Western Sydney
