Christallo Kouris is the State Manager for NSW and the ACT at Civilmart, bringing extensive experience across infrastructure, precast and construction supply to the role. With a strong background in client engagement and project delivery, Christallo is known for her practical, solutions focused approach and her ability to work closely with contractors, engineers and asset owners.

In her role at Civilmart, Christallo leads the delivery of precast and infrastructure solutions across NSW and the ACT, supporting projects from early planning through to execution. She has built a reputation for fostering trusted relationships, understanding project drivers, and aligning technical solutions with program, cost and performance outcomes.

Christallo is an active contributor to industry discussions around offsite construction, efficiency and innovation, with a particular focus on how precast solutions can improve buildability, speed and long-term asset performance.
