CJ Wilson
An engineer by training with 10 years of experience as a construction project manager, I am dedicated to developing innovative and novel approaches to the built environment that reduce emissions, cost, and resource dependency. Currently, as the ANZ Sustainability Specialist at Robert Bird Group, I am refining processes for measuring, tracking, and reporting embodied carbon and establishing efficient workflows for implementing carbon reduction strategies in both project delivery and business operations.
My background includes managing large-scale commercial buildings such as the Google Bay View Campus (LEED Platinum, 2022 ENR Global Best Project of the Year) and the Stanford University SESI Chilled and Hot Water Project (2016 ENR Global Best Project in the Green category). My Master's in Architectural Design of High Performance Buildings from the University of Sydney further enhances my ability to drive sustainable design solutions. I thrive on employing effective interpersonal skills, a collaborative problem-solving approach, and a strong work ethic to reach practical solutions for today's challenges.
