With over 25 years of experience, Craig has designed spaces that shape how people live, age, and connect. His portfolio spans affordable housing, seniors living, aged care, and large-scale urban precincts.

Craig has delivered a multitude of social and seniors housing projects across Australia and brings deep knowledge of policy and planning frameworks. He works closely with government agencies, community housing providers, and faith-based organisations to create socially responsive, sustainable design outcomes, with a sharp focus on designing places that deliver long-term value for the people who live in them.

In response to the urgent demand for faster, smarter housing solutions, Craig has led Custance into a strategic modular housing partnership designed to accelerate delivery in New South Wales.
