Daisy Wu - Multilingual Connectors

Daisy Wu

Founder, Multilingual Connectors

Daisy Wu is a TEDx speaker, author and career connection strategist working at the intersection of leadership, identity and opportunity in the digital age. She is the founder and author of Multilingual Connectors, an award-winning book and practice that explores how meaningful connection — not visibility alone — drives career growth, leadership mobility and business opportunity.

Daisy began her career in the Australian built environment as a shy migrant and, like many professionals during COVID, accumulated hundreds of online connections yet lacked real support, opportunity and progression. Despite over 3,000 LinkedIn connections in 2020, she experienced burnout, isolation and stalled career momentum.

That experience reshaped her work which spans speaking, facilitation and mentoring across community, corporate and public-sector settings. Today, Daisy helps professionals, candidates and business leaders turn online presence into real-world opportunity by building intentional career connections grounded in trust, clarity and shared value.

Her work has been widely recognised, including Australian Business Awards Winner, Business Aficionado 25 Under 35 Entrepreneurship Winner, International Impact Book Awards Winner, Top 100 Women in Construction, Victoria Top 100 Asia Innovation Business Leaders (2024), Women in Industry Awards Finalist (2024), Australian Professionals of Colour Community Champion of the Year Finalist, and Young Achiever Entrepreneur of the Year at the Australian Multicultural Council of Entrepreneurs.
