Dan Coman
With a background in design and a passion for people and culture, Dan’s unique strengths cross at the intersection of creative problem-solving, systems thinking and people development. More than a designer, he builds capability, facilitates change, and creates meaningful connections between complex ideas and practical outcomes.
As an Associate and Branded Environments Lead at i2C Architects, he chairs i2C’s internal DEI committee and cultural action group, participates in the RAP committee and champions a culture of learning across the business. He is also currently the deputy chair of the Property Council Australia’s - NSW DEI Committee with a Pride subcommittee focus.
As a queer person who grew up in rural Australia, Dan uses his lived experience as a catalyst for driving positive change and development in both himself and others. He strongly advocates for authentic storytelling as a method of connection and enabling personal and professional growth.
