Elena Cazacu is a Registered Architect and certified Passivhaus Designer working to help people create homes that are healthier, more comfortable, and genuinely fit for the future. As Managing Director of Evissa, she operates at the intersection of design, building science, and delivery, advocating for smarter construction methods such as the Evissa structural insulated panels (SIPs) to reduce waste, improve build quality, and shorten construction timeframes.

In the context of a housing crisis and a changing climate, Elena’s work is grounded in a simple idea: Less to run. More to last. By focusing on performance first, how a home is built, sealed, and lived in, she helps clients make decisions that deliver long-term value, resilience, and comfort, rather than short-term gains.

Alongside practice, she is completing an Executive MBA at the Melbourne Business School, strengthening her ability to scale thoughtful, high-performance housing solutions.
