Elouise is a chartered Civil Engineer and experienced Digital Engineering Manager within the Transport and Infrastructure team at WSP. She has experience working on road and rail infrastructure projects in Australia and the United Kingdom and is passionate about helping the construction industry become more digitally mature. Since returning from working in the United Kingdom Elouise has worked with engineering design teams and clients to apply lessons from BIM implementation in the UK to Australia’s Digital Engineering transformation on transport projects. Elouise is a strong advocate for diversity in our industry and the importance of industry groups such as Women in BIM.
