Passionate about designing sustainable communities, she blends technical expertise with creativity to deliver high-quality, commercially viable solutions that address both user needs and social objectives. Erin excels in managing complex stakeholder and consultant groups, driving project feasibility, and securing successful planning and design outcomes.
As a collaborative and approachable leader, Erin is dedicated to building long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants. She is an active contributor to the property industry, serving on the UDIA NSW Urban Renewal & Infill Committee and as an affiliate member of Australian Community Housing. Committed to developing emerging talent, Erin established Hayball's GROW program to mentor the next generation of architects.
