Erin excels in managing complex stakeholder and consultant groups, driving project feasibility, and securing successful planning and design outcomes.

As a collaborative and approachable leader, Erin is dedicated to building long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants. She is an active contributor to the property industry, serving on the UDIA NSW Urban Renewal & Infill Committee and as an affiliate member of Australian Community Housing. Committed to developing emerging talent, Erin established Hayball's GROW program to mentor the next generation of architects.
