Erin is a Principal Engineering Geologist at SMEC with 19 years of experience in the bulk water industry. Erin is the SMEC ANZ discipline lead for Dams Engineering Geology, and routinely fulfils the role of Lead Project Engineering Geologist. Erin is also a founding member and current co-chair of the ANCOLD (Australian National Committee of Large Dams) Equity, Inclusion and Diversity Committee.
