Farb is a Director at Hames Sharley, where he is focusing on the firm's national design systems and Intelligence technology in practice. A NSW Registered Architect with over 17 years of senior practice at Australia's leading firms, he was previously Associate Director and CTO at GroupGSA, Australian Team Facade Design Lead at Henning Larsen, and a Senior Associate at BVN, where he led the Australian design team on Atlassian Central (the world's tallest hybrid timber tower, with SHoP Architects) and the winning schemes for Sydney House (Sydney Tatter Salls Club & Tower development), WIN Grand Wollongong, and the St Leonards tower at 617–621 Pacific Highway. Earlier, at Woods Bagot, he was Sydney Studio Computational Design Leader and part of the global SUPERSPACE research team. He is a PhD candidate at QUT and a regular presenter at Autodesk University and BILT.
