Grace Tham is an interior design leader working at the intersection of workplace, lifestyle, and living environments across Australia and the APAC region. With over 16 years of experience, she has led the design of complex, high-performance workplaces and large-scale mixed-use environments, shaping how organisations operate, collaborate, and evolve through space.

Her work is grounded in a simple but enduring question: how does space influence the way people connect, belong, and thrive over time?

As an Associate Director at Group GSA, Grace brings a deeply human lens to workplace design, moving beyond efficiency and aesthetics to consider culture, behaviour, and the subtle conditions that enable people to do their best work. She has led multidisciplinary teams across both large-scale and boutique interiors projects, always focused on aligning spatial design with the lived experience of its users. Her approach balances strategy with intuition, shaping environments that are both high-performing and deeply felt.

Alongside her studio work, Grace contributes to industry conversations through speaking engagements and thought leadership, with a growing focus on how design can foster collaboration, productivity, and long-term cultural impact.
