Harsha Rajashekar is an Associate and Project Architect at Billard Leece Partnership. Harsha has been involved in all stages of the design and development of healthcare buildings over the past decade and is passionate about user engagement, leadership development and people-centred design. As the student leader at BLP, academic tutor at university and a member of Australian Design Review’s 30 Under 30 cohort for 2024, Harsha has had the privilege of being mentored by some of industries most esteemed designers/architects and has had the opportunity to impart his experience and knowledge to the next generation of designers. He believes that mentorship is pivotal to the architecture and design industry and empowers younger generations of designers to more easily seek out their passions and value within the workplace.
