Heimy Molina is a Site Engineer at Confluence Water, Casual Academic at UTS, Founder of Build Your Brand, and the Deputy Chair of Young Engineers Australia, Sydney Chapter. She has also co-authored two books and has been recognised as a 7News Young Achiever for 2023-2025. As a Diversity in Construction ambassador, she champions inclusion, representation, and opportunities for migrants, women, and the youth entering the industry - specifically in STEM and construction.
