Hugh Lister-Barker is an infrastructure and engineering director, with over 15 years global experience overseeing the development and delivery of complex engineering, transport and infrastructure projects.

Currently on assignment in Saudi Arabia, he oversees the delivery of major transport infrastructure to greenfield development in preparation for hosting major international sporting and cultural events. Prior to this, Hugh has worked alongside high performing teams in consulting powerhouse firms Mott MacDonald and GHD overseeing highly complex projects within Sydney and greater NSW region. 

Hugh has a passion for academia, is a qualified Chartered Civil & Structural Engineer, and currently completing a Master of Finance. Hugh is committed to enhancing quality of life, and the environment through engineering excellence and socially responsible practice. He actively mentors’ junior engineers and project managers, supporting their technical growth and championing career development.
