Isabel is a co-founder of Tomorrows Women in Construction, a NFP aiming to inspire over 10,000 more girls to choose careers in construction by sharing stories from women who love what they do. Isabel is also a Principal Structural Engineer and owner at Northrop, a building design consultancy of 520 people across Australia.
