James is a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) and sustainability leader, experienced in delivering strategic sustainability panning, design and construction management for our built environment. As Principal Consultant and Team Lead for Sustainable Infrastructure for Jacobs Australia & New Zealand, James provides operational and technical leadership across diverse markets, including rail, road, water, cities & places and energy. He is passionate about continual improvement and leading sustainability integration throughout the lifecycle of our most significant infrastructure programs.   

Before relocating to Australia in 2022, James previously worked for Jacobs UK, focused on the rail industry, embedded into both public sector and contractor organisations to deliver lasting sustainability outcomes on programs such as High Speed Two (HS2).
