James is a data, strategy, policy and finance executive with experience in both the private and public sector across infrastructure and property domains. He has over 17 years of experience working in global investment banks, multi-national corporations and the NSW State Government. More recently, James had led significant whole of NSW Government reform initiatives to improve the use of Government’s c. $200 billion land and property portfolio with a focus on balancing social, economic, environmental and cultural outcomes for the community. James’ current focus includes leading the delivery of the land audit of NSW Government land to support delivery of the Government’s commitment for additional social and affordable housing on surplus public land, and the scale-up of Land iQ on the back of over $30 million in funding from the NSW and Commonwealth Government’s.
