James Terry is a senior construction professional with more than 20 years’ experience delivering Defence facilities and complex programs of work. He has a strong track record in work winning, positioning, and project conversion, having held senior leadership roles across design management, project management, and project directorship. Throughout his career, he has been a strong advocate for developing capability in others while leading high‑performing teams.

James has extensive experience delivering projects for Government clients and is recognised for his ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and navigate complex stakeholder environments. He thrives on challenge and is known for bringing people together to achieve successful outcomes for clients. He currently works with ADCO Constructions as Pre‑Construction Manager for Defence and Special Projects, with a strong focus on Commonwealth project delivery, including major programs for the Department of Defence.
