Jason Teoh (he/him) is an experienced DEI practitioner with 15+ years in organisational culture, leadership development and change across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Australia. A member of The Inclusion Circle Executive Committee and AHRI panel contributor, Jason has supported construction, design and infrastructure organisations to embed inclusive leadership, psychological safety and equitable workforce practices.
Grounded in his intersectional lived experience as a neurodivergent migrant with disability from a minority racial background, Jason brings a practical, human‑centred approach to improving inclusion in fast‑paced, high‑risk and traditionally male‑dominated sectors.
