Statement: The stigma surrounding mental health is, and has always been a blocking point, particularly with men working in male dominated industries such as construction and heavy manufacturing, in seeking professional help. Having lost a family member and a number of friends and work colleagues to mental health issues, the need to raise awareness and break down the barriers is ever increasing with today's society.
