Statement: I believe diversity in the construction industry brings fresh perspectives to every aspect. By embracing varied backgrounds, skills, and experiences, the industry becomes more inclusive, collaborative, and resilient which drives progress and builds a stronger, more vibrant community. As someone who came through a male-dominated trade as an apprentice signwriter, it’s incredibly rewarding to now be in a mentor role to help apprentices thrive and feel valued for who they are.
