Julian leads Aurecon’s management consulting practice across Australia and New Zealand with a focus on major infrastructure and complex precinct development. Julian has a reputation for being outcome focused, helping clients build strategies that convert to reality.

Prior to joining Aurecon, Julian was Executive Director Strategy delivering the precinct strategies and approved final business cases for the Special Activation Precincts in regional NSW. Having worked in NSW Government and as an executive advisor he brings unique insights to successful precinct establishment.

Julian is currently advising State Governments on major infrastructure decisions in the Water, Energy and Precinct sectors. These are high uncertainty environments where resilient adaptive pathways are required for decision makers.
