I’m thrilled to become a Women in Construction Ambassador because I believe that diverse perspectives drive innovation in our industry. As a digital engineering educator at UTS, I’ve seen how mentorship and representation empower emerging professionals and foster inclusive collaboration. Through this role, I look forward to sharing insights with my network, engaging in Ambassador events, and leveraging the resource library to support equality and progress. Together with fellow Ambassadors - students, architects, CEOs, and more - we can build an industry that truly reflects and serves our communities.
