2026 Ambassador Statement: Talent, capability and leadership are not defined by gender or background - but opportunities too often are. Having worked across both site and office environments, I've seen how inclusive teams make better decisions, communicate more effectively and respectfully, and ultimately deliver stronger projects. Real progress comes from challenging outdated norms and creating space for diverse voices to be heard, respected and empowered every day.
