Kaustav is a creative design leader with over 15 years’ professional experience delivering large-scale urban mixed-use, residential, education and transport projects across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the Middle East and the United States. His global experience informs a people-focused approach to design that responds to diverse cultural and community contexts.

He adopts a collaborative and flexible approach to design thinking and team leadership, working closely with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to shape places that support connection, inclusion and everyday life. Kaustav has led concept development and design delivery across complex medium to large-scale projects, with expertise in sustainability, digital design, BIM and visualisation.

He is particularly interested in how thoughtful design and clear engagement processes can help create environments that foster community, strengthen social interaction and deliver meaningful long-term outcomes.
