She has held senior leadership roles spanning strategy, stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and organisational transformation, delivering major infrastructure and development projects across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia — including serving as a Project Manager on the London 2012 Olympic Games. She also worked with UNICEF in the aftermath of the Indian Ocean tsunami, leading the coordination of hundreds of NGOs during the post-tsunami reconstruction phase.
