Kerry-Anne has a background of HR and Learning and Development, having worked on some of the NSW largest infrastructure projects. Her experience in these projects has provided her with a solid foundation in understanding the importance of upskilling in the fast-evolving industry.
With her current position at CPB Contractors, Kerry-Anne has taken on a vital role in collaboration with the Institute of Applied Technology Construction to develop courses addressing the construction industry's skills gap. Kerry-Anne is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, which is critical for sustaining growth and innovation in the sector.
