I am deeply committed to supporting greater equality, diversity and inclusion across Australia’s built environment. With more than 35 years of experience in civil and structural engineering and in my current role as Director of Engineering at ZAMR Engineering, I have seen first-hand both the challenges and the opportunities that exist for women and under-represented groups within the construction and infrastructure sectors. As an Ambassador, I hope to use my platform, experience, and professional network to highlight the importance of inclusive workplaces, promote equal opportunities, and encourage the next generation to pursue careers in construction.
