I have worked in the commercial construction industry for the last 20 years in Australia. Starting my time with Mirvac as a cadet in Newcastle on their Royal Newcastle Hospital redevelopment project. Throughout my first 6 years in the industry, I worked full time whilst completing my Bachelor of Construction Management at University of Newcastle via correspondence.

Since being a cadet, I have performed the roles of Site Engineer, Contracts Administrator, Project Engineer,  Senior Project Engineer, and Project Manager. Working for companies such as Southern Cross Constructions, Richard Crookes, APP, St Hilliers and Urban Property Group I have gained experience across many sectors including mixed use, commercial, residential, Defence and health.

With a passion for mental health management, stemming from my own experiences, I am always trying to find the balance between commercial project success and wellbeing of myself, my teams and the broader project workforce.
