Lachlan joined Metricon NSW in early 2021 , currently in the position of State Operations Manager NSW, holds a notable track record within the residential building industry. Beginning his construction career as an apprentice carpenter at his local council, he advanced through roles at Rawson Group (7 Years), including Head of Operations and Interim General Manager at Thrive Homes. His journey seamlessly blends hands-on experience as a subcontractor with academic achievement—a Bachelor of Construction Management (Building) (Honours) Degree from Newcastle University. Transitioning from estimating to pre-construction management reflects his ardour for leadership and expertise. At Metricon, Lachlan's passion for the residential building process shines through, guiding the NSW Operations team with a fusion of practical wisdom and managerial capability.
