As Head of Better Business, Lauren provides strategic leadership and advisory to organisations navigating complex sustainability challenges, crafting bespoke responses to climate change, environmental preservation and human rights.

Lauren brings over 16 years of experience in environmental, social and economic sustainability, acting as Director of Sustainability with Landcom for 8 years. Having led corporate and project ESG outcomes in the private sector and for several State-Owned Corporations, Lauren has an exceptional appreciation for navigating internal approvals, delivering impactful leadership coaching on complex topics, and driving company wide buy-in for new initiatives.

With a highly commercial and pragmatic approach to ESG, Lauren seeks to achieve shared value outcomes between the client, stakeholders, community and environment.

Lauren grew up in rural NSW (Wiradjuri Country), in an irrigation and grazing farming family. She has a strong connection to the land, and the push and pull between development and the protection of natural environments. In her spare time, Lauren is often found behind a camera, with a keen interest in nature photography.
