I am a Neurodivergent Transgender Woman in the construction and Property industry who is passionate about driving change in Australia's built environment. I lead a team of 7 Property management / Facilities professionals with an annual budget of $15m  we have setup 24 offices nationwide for RACGP in all states and territories of Australia over the past 24 months, led by a  50% female Property team. I am passionate about ensuring there is equal access for everyone in the industry and providing opportunities for growth and learning so that everyone in the industry has the opportunity to thrive regardless of Gender sexuality or neurodivergence.
