An electrician by trade, she is also a motivational speaker and a legacy of the Training Awards, Group Training, TAFE Excellence, and Tafe Gillies Awards programs.
At Apprenticeship Support Australia, Lucinda oversees programs, events, and mentoring support services designed to help apprentices complete their training, break down gender bias, and drive industry change. She is passionate about integrating diversity and inclusion as key strategies to address skills shortages and foster innovation within the trades industry.
