Lydia is a Senior Associate at Cox Architecture and Registered Architect holding a Master’s Degree in Architecture and a Master’s Degree in International Business. She brings extensive experience across a broad range of sectors globally, including major residential and mixed‑use developments, commercial and cultural projects, adaptive reuse, world‑class stadia, and transit‑oriented developments.

Lydia has led multidisciplinary project teams from concept through to completion, demonstrating strong design leadership and delivery expertise across complex project typologies. Her deep understanding of global design practices and construction systems enables her to apply diverse, informed architectural approaches that respond to varying contexts, procurement models, and delivery frameworks.

Currently, Lydia is Project Lead on two of COX’s major mixed‑use projects, as well as a Commercial Repositioning project and a Circularity Museum, all of them with high sustainability standards. In this role, she has developed thorough expertise in sustainable design practices, with particular strength in the integration of environmental performance initiatives within high‑density residential and living‑sector developments.
