Statement: As a woman in construction of over 40 years experience across many portfolio's of the construction and interiors industry it is important to share the experience and knowledge with the new generation of professionals across all sectors of the industry, both female and male as role models for the next generation. I encourage more industry professionals regardless of gender in construction to join in mentoring in all aspects of the industry- On site , in practice, technical or in design. We have an opportunity to shape the next generation and share our hands on knowledge in a rapidly changing world of digital and AI ever increasing dependency. I am honored to represent both Women in Construction as an ambassador at this years Sydney Build 2025 and continue a culture of inclusion and diversity across all sectors.
