Maisara Al Rais is a digital transformation leader working across project management, construction management, and design management at the enterprise and portfolio level. He is passionate about helping organisations translate digital strategy into practical delivery, with a focus on improving governance, coordination, information flow, and decision-making across the asset lifecycle.

With experience across complex client and contractor environments, Maisara has led the implementation of BIM, 4D and 5D digital delivery, information management, and asset-focused project frameworks that support better project and portfolio outcomes. His work is centred on connecting people, process, and technology in a way that moves digital delivery beyond standalone tools and toward more integrated, outcome-driven ways of working.
