2026 Ambassador Statement: I am driven by a mission to create more inclusive, equitable workplaces - especially in industries like construction where change matters most. Through my work empowering women and championing allyship at Women Rising, I have seen how powerful visibility, advocacy, and action can be in shifting culture and opening doors. As a Diversity in Construction Ambassador at Sydney Build, I’d bring energy, experience, and a strong voice to the conversation - connecting with others who are equally committed to progress, and helping turn intent into impact. I’m excited by the opportunity to both contribute and learn alongside a community pushing for real change.
