Michael is a Principal at DesignInc Sydney, an architect and urban designer with 10+ years’ experience in transport and infrastructure, cultural and civic facilities, and precinct-wide planning projects. His strengths lie in facilitation of multi-disciplinary coordination and team management, with an emphasis on creating people-centred places through community enhancing public domain and transport facilities.

Michael received his PhD for research exploring design delivery of mega projects, completed through involvement in Australia's largest infrastructure design projects—including the Sydney Metro and the new Western Sydney Airport. He is one of the foremost practitioner academics with extensive knowledge about the delivery of designs suited to the demands of the project type.
