My expertise spans the full project lifecycle—from strategy and planning through to procurement and construction delivery—bringing a practical, delivery-focused perspective grounded in extensive site experience. I specialise in driving programme certainty, managing risk, and achieving strong commercial and client outcomes in complex environments.
