Mitch is a passionate engineer that practises in ESD, facades and building physics. He has applied his diverse skillset to support clients over a broad span of projects that range from precinct-scale sustainable masterplanning, to detailed engineering for contractors on sophisticated building systems. Mitch adds value to projects by implementing his first-principles engineering approaches at all stages of the design life cycle to realise ambitious architectural and sustainable design concepts while maintaining the practical balance of time, cost and buildability.

Mitch is a building physics and sustainable design engineer with chartership in structural and mechanical areas of practice. Having commenced his professional career in facade engineering, he has a practical understanding of envelope systems that underpin his skills in building physics and sustainable design. This allows him to develop creative, pragmatic solutions at early concept stages that transition smoothly into detailed design and construction.

He has applied his unique skillset in the delivery of projects across a broad range of building classes including commercial, residential, retail, public health and government. He has worked on projects of varying complexity across all project stages from masterplanning and concept design, through to detailed design and construction. Mitch supports developers, architects, builders and subcontractors in their aspirations to achieve high-quality, functional spaces with exemplary sustainability outcomes.

Through his involvement on projects, Mitch applies a 'hands-on' approach to design coordination to ensure clever initiatives are implemented correctly and building systems perform in harmony.
