Noel Yaxley is an architect and the founder of UpScale Project Management, specialising in independent advisory for NSW club redevelopments. With over 15 years of experience spanning landmark government, education, and hospitality projects, Noel has delivered multimillion-dollar projects across FJMT Studio, Property NSW, and Sydney Water. He currently leads the Granville Diggers Club refurbishment from design development through to construction delivery. Noel has published 40+ articles on club redevelopment strategy and created free governance tools for club boards. He holds a rare dual perspective, pairing design and planning literacy with commercial project delivery.
