Olle Lindell is the Manager of Social Media for the NSW Department of Customer Service, leading the strategic direction and evolution of its official owned engagement channels. He leads the team responsible for the Building Commission NSW’s new LinkedIn and Facebook channels, building strong momentum and shaping how the organisation engages with the construction industry and the wider community. The channels support the Building Commission’s role in strengthening trust, confidence and transparency across the construction sector through clear, timely and authoritative communication.
