Throughout his career, Ozkan has successfully managed over $500 million in capital expenditure across diverse sectors, from mission-critical industrial facilities to large-scale commercial developments. His most recent role as Global Programs Lead for a major technology corporation saw him orchestrate transformation and M&A programs exceeding $150 million annually, delivering operational savings of $40 million while managing 20+ concurrent projects across the Asia-Pacific region.

Ozkan's project portfolio spans multiple continents and sectors, including the delivery of a $160 million industrial campus for a leading engineering conglomerate, consolidation programs across Asia-Pacific markets for a global technology company, and metropolitan office transformations for a prominent financial services organization. His expertise encompasses everything from greenfield infrastructure development to complex urban fit-outs, consistently delivering projects within budget and exceeding client expectations.

His technical foundation in Civil Engineering from a prestigious Turkish university is complemented by specialized qualifications in construction project management from UNSW and ongoing postgraduate studies in Construction Law and Arbitration. Professional certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) and membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
