Involved in the new Sydney Fish Market since May 2020, Paul Couani served as one of the Project Managers for Multiplex, overseeing the management of design and construction for the project. Paul played a key role in the meticulous planning and coordination of site activities including marine elements and the feature roof of the building, and interfaced with various stakeholder groups throughout the project.
