Paul Onukaogu is a dynamic Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional who brings a forward-thinking and innovative approach to safety across Australia’s rail, mining, and infrastructure sectors. With engineering foundations in Electrical and Environmental Engineering, along with advanced safety certifications, he blends strong technical capability with a passion for driving meaningful cultural change.

With almost a decade of experience supporting major industry operators, including John Holland and Glencore, Paul is known for his sharp risk insight, collaborative leadership, and a readiness to challenge long-standing industry practices. His expertise spans national legislative frameworks across QLD, NSW, VIC, and WA, and includes recognised Rail Safety Manager competence under the TfNSW competency framework.

As a husband and father of two, Paul brings a deeply human perspective to his work. He believes every worker deserves to return home safely to the people and moments that matter most, and this conviction fuels his commitment to smarter, people-centred solutions and practical, proactive safety systems that protect every hardworking Australian.
