Rafael Garcia-Krailing
For over a decade, Raf has worked across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors — leading business development, operational turnarounds, and large-scale transformations, including capital programs exceeding £300 million in value. Notably, he served as a university governor during the £330M Waterside Campus development in Northampton, one of the UK’s most significant education infrastructure projects.
He is currently Chief Operating Officer at AutogenAI Pty Ltd, where he helps scale the world’s leading AI platform for bid and proposal writing. In his previous role as Head of Operations, Raf supported AutogenAI’s international expansion — helping to launch and operationalise the business in both the Americas and Australia. He is now based full-time in APAC, leading regional operations and across the Asia-Pacific market.
Previously, he acquired, scaled, and successfully exited UK Education Guide, which was acquired by MTM Consulting in 2023. He has been nationally recognised for his leadership in environmental sustainability and holds a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification, an MSc in International Business from Warwick Business School, and a BA in Sports Marketing & Management.
