Reza has over 17 years of experience in Australia and overseas, specialising in structural design and construction supervision. He has contributed to various infrastructure projects and buildings across different stages, ranging from conceptualisation to detailed design and construction. Reza has demonstrated solid technical acumen and proficiency in structural analysis and design, seismic assessment, concrete technology, and numerical modelling,  Reza's Doctor of Philosophy specialises in assessing the risk of concrete cracking and designing structures for watertightness, focusing on minimising water and air ingress in concrete structures. This advanced degree complements his extensive practical experience, further enhancing his capabilities in addressing critical aspects of structural integrity and durability. Moreover, Reza boasts extensive expertise and a robust research background in the design and optimisation of complex structures.
